I EXPECTED A UPS DELIVERY, USPS CAN;T DELIVER( PER INEPT POSTAL OFFICE) EXPECTED UPS TO BE BETTER-AND THEY PASS OFF TO USPS????? THEN I RECEIVE NOTICE BY UPS IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS? NO, NOT DELIVERED, I PAID FOR IT, I WAS CHARGED FOR NOTHING. PRODUCT NEVER RECEIVED! GIVE ME MY REFUND PROMPTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
