Because of the difficulty of ordering, it took me some time to gather courage and go with it. I tried once, things were not clear and I quit. I even emailed support to confirm if you had the size etc.
First issue is the understanding of using rolls or sheets for labels. That's not clear, if someone doesn't know where to start, they feel stuck and they are more likely to stop looking. It should be made more clear what rolls or sheets mean. Easier to start between the two and then to move on. You select one of them and it says the size is not available. The customer can get the impression that you don't have it and leave. If it's made more clear and easy it would be better.
The second issues is the upload and proof process. Once you upload the file, it's not clear if I should click Fit the artwork, put in the size with bleeds, or the size without bleeds. I can't zoom in to see how the artwork fits within the bleeds and cropmarks. So I'm just winging it and hope for the best. I know the next step shows more clearly and you have the option to download the PDF proof, but that should be made clear in the previous step. The whole process can be made easier.
