Wornout
Site Experience FeedbackDec 15, 2025
Your site and/or my design sites incompatibility in label sizes/parameters when downloading and uploading the labels was excruciating. I painstakingly designed a label with content inside the safe zone, background out to the cut line and then 1/8' past that to the bleed line in my design program, only for it not to matter inside yours. The inability to simply extend my background out to your bleed line without impacting my design was a nightmare. Going back to my design platform to artificially extend background color and renegotiating the whole design to accommodate that change was not simple for a rookie designer which i expect most of your clients are. I'm equally upset with the design platform for what seems to be an attempt to make you buy through them instead of exporting to other printers. Should have been much easier than what I just experienced. And now I just have to wait and see if what i designed and expect comes out anywhere close in actual printed label. Alot of time, money and energy for labels with kinda close colors and blurred details. A printed sample should be an option before purchase for something like this. I'll wait and see what I get. In fear of not liking what I get I ordered the minimum which drives my cost per label up.
