The product selection is great and the prices are very reasonable compared to other websites I’ve used before. I really like the quality of the products. However, the website itself is not very user-friendly. The pages load very slowly, and you have to open each item individually just to see basic information like the price, quantity per package, and other details. Considering how long each page takes to load, this makes browsing and shopping quite inconvenient. Overall, I’m happy with the products and the pricing, but I hope the website performance will be improved in the future.

Ordered an edge protector applicator extension pole that unfortunately, came without its applicator tip. I called customer service and was met with a very, understanding, helpful & knowledgeable representative. She resolved the issue by overnighting a new applicator & extension pole. Very happy & satisfied with her/Mytee customer service! She is what customer service should always be like! Well done!!
