I was really frustrated with the availability of products. First, I had signed up to be alerted when the swirl fruit bowls were back in stock and never got an email. I actually thought they had gone out of production. Then, I checked the website again and, lo and behold, there they were! I was waiting a couple extra days during the sale to see if the cereal bowls would come back in stock, too. I had it signed up for an email alert for that, but never received an email. I checked one last time on the last day of the 30% off sale, and they were back. But now the fruit bowls were down to just three. So I ordered and got the number of cereal bowls I wanted, but not the number of fruit bowls. This was during a free shipping sale, so I wish I had just ordered the fruit bowls when they were in stock. It didn't occur to me they would go back out so quickly. I was trying to make the better choice for the environment and reduce the number of packages. I'm not sure why Mikasa is having such a hard time keeping things in stock.
Secondly, the cereal bowls had stickers inside the bowl that were so sticky I had to use goof off and then wash repeatedly. The three fruit bowls I was able to order had stickers on the back that peeled right off.
