Product shipping was all messed up. For some reason, you guys shipped it to your address and it took a week for you to receive it. Kind of strange in my book contacted customer service. Everything was good with my address, but it was shipped to your company for some reason. Following the tracking number everything look good except it was shipped back to you. Kind of crazy. When contacting customer support, no one could give you answers. They kept having to put you on hold and talking to their supervisor. I ordered this product because I was going on vacation the following week fishing and your company would not expedite my product to me after you guys screwed up very unsatisfied. Your mistake you want to make your customers happy that should’ve been shipped to me PRIORITY since you screwed up, but nobody seemed to wanna talk about that issue. Every Customer Service rep had to contact their supervisor that is total BS. The product should’ve been sent out right away PRIORITY I believe Mr. Potterfield would’ve been possibly a little upset for the way this was handled, but as you know, it’s impossible to get to the top of the chain. So shame on you guys for not taking care of your customer promptly. Yes, I don’t order a lot of product from you guys but when I do, it’s usually of a decent sum. I did send in the survey that I was sent the week of my shipment supposedly which I never did receive. I have never heard back from what I had sent. So all in all not very happy with your shipping system that you spent so many hundreds of thousands of dollars on.
