I’m disappointed with my recent order. The boxes arrived crushed, which is frustrating on its own. What concerns me even more is being expected to pay extra for shipping insurance just to ensure my order arrives safely.
In the past, MidwayUSA stood behind the products they sold and shipped without requiring customers to purchase additional insurance. I’ve always believed it’s the seller’s responsibility to make sure orders reach customers in good condition—not the customer’s responsibility to pay extra for that assurance.
Additionally, shipping times seem to have increased. I did not receive the level of service that MidwayUSA was once known for, including the “Nitro Express Shipping” experience that used to set you apart.
It’s disappointing to see this shift. One of the things that distinguished MidwayUSA was their reliability and accountability, and it feels like that standard has slipped. I hope you’ll reconsider this approach and return to the level of service that built your reputation. Larry's standards have begun to slip.
