Your help center makes the claim about how you determine a customer's Sales Tax obligation thusly: "We follow the rules of each state based on the shipping address where the order is to be received" and that is simply not true. I just spoke to one of your Customer Service representatives and he said that your system charges the sales tax appropriate to the nearest city, town or other census designated place to the address that will be receiving the order. In which case that means that I am being charged twice as much sales tax as what I am actually obligated to pay as I only have to pay Sales Taxes to my County and to the State. I was further informed that Customer Service could not make the appropriate adjustments and I would have to pay the amount being charged to get my order shipped and then submit a request for adjustment. You need to either learn to properly assess Colorado Sales tax based on the address where the order is being received (simply look up the address at: www.tax.colorado.gov/how-to-look-up-sales-use-tax-rates) or stop telling the lie that you follow the tax rules of each state based on the address being shipped to!
