I ordered 5 boxes of ammo, some of which were hard to find specifically from other sellers, so kudos to Midway's selection. Also, shipping was fast- I had the ammo 4 days after ordering it. However, the boxes arrived in a box that was too large for them, with only one layer of paper packing between them and the top of the box. The boxes were not wrapped in plastic or anything.
Thus, the boxes were bumping around loosely in the outer box, and one, a box of Magtech .357, had fallen open during shipping and approximately 15 rounds were rolling loosely around the box. I have Never seen ammo packaged so carelessly, not from Lucky Gunner, Sportsman's, Palmetto State Armory, or anywhere else. And when I contacted support about it, they asked for specifically how many rounds had been damaged, and we had some logistical emails back and forth. Then they said they will refund the cost of the amount of rounds (6) that I said had been damaged (3 of which dented enough that I would not recommend shooting them), a little over $3. I mean, come on. I am not impressed by this. They were polite, sure, but seriously, I would have hoped for some more compensation or something from a brand that I might expect good customer service from- this was nitpicky and left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I'll buy ammo from here again unless I can't find specific rounds I'm looking for in other places.
