The only gripe I could possibly have is the fact that there's not like a promotional thing for me specifically. Being a customer who's come multiple times to the actual facility for curbside pickup. Who has spent multiple $100s of dollars overall. Some over $100, with very few below. With Multiple transactions I haven't received any kind of coupon or promo that is applicable to me. A good thing to do possibly is when somebody is a repeat customer, is Maybe email them a 15% off coupon or something. Even 10%, which honestly if I got a 10% coupon I don't even know if I would use it because the hassle of digging around and looking for that in an email and on top of it only 10% would be disheartening I feel like and that would also probably make people not feel too valued. Is our business not worth that? To be a not named I feel like all these other websites that I do use for my second amendment needs offer plenty of 12 to 15% off promos constantly and it's not even for repeat customers. It's for literally everybody. On top of all this, your prices are tend to be a little bit more expensive than these websites also. They tend to be cheaper and they offer better promos and coupons. But the reason why I use you and continue to use yours cuz you're local to my community. Instead of having to wait a few days to get my items or products, I can pick them up same day or next. But I will admit when I can order something and I'm not in a hurry to get it and I can get 15% off of it. And it's already a little bit cheaper than what you guys are selling it for nine times out of 10. I'm going with the other retailer. So in total I definitely think you guys should reward your loyal customers and show them that you appreciate there business . B hey, even another promo like a curbside pickup 10% off. You do free shipping for orders over $200 right? Well if there's no shipping hassle and why not pass promo over to the people who pick it up. One because they are loyal customers too because they are in your local community and they're supporting your local business. With all that being said, the final thing should be that these ideas I've given you should count towards the entire order the couponer promo for the loyal customers should count regardless of if there's an item on sale or not. The coupon should apply to the entire orders final total. Even items that are on sale that are being purchased.
