The sizing chart was objectively incorrect, the site should list that they run small. Upon arrival, the product had observable damage. I documented this immediately, and corresponded with support to find a resolution. Support was only active between 11 PM AND 6 am my time, clearly due to timezones, but it made interactions slow. Support promised to honor the exchange, and admit the damage was not my fault or responsibility. After having to pay for my own return shipping, and the product finally being received, they denied by exchange. I then had to contact support again, and argue for a few days, showing proof that they admit the damage was not my fault, and would not disqualify the refund. Weeks later, I finally received my exchange item, but the process was incredibly slow and resulted in over a month between ordering and receiving an undamaged product. The product itself is also a bit lower quality than the material appeared online, which is fine for the price, but despite wanting to buy other items from the company, I am simply afraid to have another experience like this
