It was easy to find the fragrance I wanted, but I didn't see anywhere that said how long my order would take to ship and how long it would take to arrive once it was shipped. (I paid for priority mail.)

I’m trying to replicate a fragrance made for me by a store that went out of business. The scent I ordered is me guessing the amounts of each of the scents used. I and going to order a larger bottle but I will teeek the scent notes. I’m pretty happy about how the 1st trial size I ordered smell.

I have bought from me fragrance before and that first experience was great! Well I should say all experiences I've had with them have been great, but that first experience is what brought me back again. After creating my first perfume with them I was at the grocery store and a total stranger came up to me to tell me I smelled incredible. It was super flattering. I mean you expect that from people you're close to maybe but not a total stranger. He walked past me in the frozen food section and then came back to tell me that I smelled incredible and then he quickly added I'm not hitting on you or anything, I'm married, but I just wanted to let you know. Lol. That really stuck with me and probably was one of the nicest comments I've ever gotten from a stranger. Around Christmas they had a sale and it was a BOGO sale so I decided to go for it and get two perfumes. I love them both they both smell so good and it's funny, the names I chose for them I feel fits them perfectly. Not only are the products high quality and smell so good but they also last a long time and you can smell it still on your skin at the end of the day and on your clothes even the next day. I also like to creativity of creating your own perfume by choosing scents that you love. I think this would be a great gift idea for someone as well because it shows that you put a lot of thought into their gift and making something that is unique and personal and one of a kind.

Website was easy to use. I did a small sample size container of perfume because I’m not sure what the percentages should be of the oils needed. I am trying to duplicate a scent that I found a few years ago that was blended for me. The store went out of business. If I like what I ordered, will buy a bigger bottle next time. Otherwise, I will keep playing with the scents until I get it correct. Thank you!

The ordering was so easy that made so happy and the shipping was fast and very informing which is by far the best and easiest when I received the package it was sealed and clean not alot of stickers after opening the box it looked like items were very comfortable lol and the smell was so hypnotizing it was all so packed with alot love almost like opening a Christmas present can't wait to start making beautiful scents thank you so much Me Fragersnce I've bought and ordered lot of things online and this was by far the best purchase I've made thank you again its greatly appreciated

I used the By Fragrance Family option to create 2 sample-size perfumes. I have used the creator before and am comfortable with it. My only feedback is that it's frustrating when I've completed 100% and the pop-up that tells me I'm done blocks my ability to click anywhere else on the screen. For example, I'd like to be able to click the Guidelines button to check the note percentages before I proceed.

Ordering is always super easy and simple. I always get my orders pretty quickly as well. My only problem is that for some reason I put a scent note in the perfume that I really dont like, but I can't tell which one it is. It smells like an old lady which is the opposite of all the scents I chose? They are good about returns though and I know that will be a simple process.

Overall, I liked my shopping experience. I liked the step by step guidance. The two things I would recommend are selection display and more fragrance options and description. For example, navigating by just selecting the note type, and having the scroll feature in its entirety rather than just the selection box; and having scents like maple, as well as having vanilla as a top and middle note, or milky scents.

I love that it gives the suggestion on the percentages you should aim for as far as base, middle and top notes. Super helpful. I didn't follow this last time I ordered I think but you guys still made it right that time. I also really like that it has the type of note in parenthesis next to each scent (i.e. (B), (M), (T)) so that you know which part of the perfume you're adding to as you go. And that it gives you the option to "only show scents that compliment" the ones you've already added. Also just today found the page that explains what each scent smells like which is also VERY helpful! Great experience in general.
