On October 3, 2026, I was scrolling the Internet and came upon Massey‘s ads. I’ve been a long time customer of them in fact I think since 2010 I saw the most adorable pair of boots and so I ordered them. I believe they’re probably a half a size too big but I thought I just put an extra pair of socks in no big deal. Well on that entry form. It said something about a new address or update information something like that I can’t remember exactly so right away. I changed my address because I haven’t lived at that address for four years and I was approved to put this on my Massey’s charge. I’ve never been laid on a payment always paid my things Off Upon October 6. I still have not received them. I called Massey’s right away. They explained to me just to give it a little bit more time this time of year. The delivery systems are kind of full. I agreed and said OK thank you I called back on the 11th And that’s where the woman told me they had in fact been delivered to an old address I said, why would you do that? I filled in my current address and wrote it in somewhere online. She explained to me that it would take 3 to 5 business days to know if they were going to Put my credit back on my account or replace the boots. I’m going to look today and see if they’re in my if the answer is in my mailbox today, but as of right now, I am more sad than mad. I always held Massey in very high regards they always handled my orders with professional Ism, and the person I spoke to on the 11th was not professional in my area and was certainly not accommodating. I just want to re-order my boots. I have purchased a brand new coat. That is the right color red for the boots now I have a new coat and I have no boots. Please fix this for me. By the way my correct address should be 2300 New Stead Ave. SW., Apt. 120 Wyoming, MI 49509
