While I believe the survey is constructive overall, I feel that the ranking method used to assess how customers prioritize their shopping criteria may benefit from adjustment. The current format requires respondents to rank factors that are all fundamentally important to their shopping experience. In my opinion, it may be more appropriate for all factors to be considered equally significant—essentially, all should be ranked as number one.
To truly understand customer priorities and enhance the shopping experience, it might be beneficial to adopt an approach that allows respondents to indicate multiple important factors without necessitating a hierarchy. This would provide a clearer picture of customer values and could ultimately support your goal of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty on your website.
