My first experience was great. I still have my Marmot jacket from 1985 and love it. I wasn't sure of the quality for this product but when it arrived I was blown away. This sleeping bag is insane. I immediately became a brand ambassador (when I do this I move products for other companies without any compensation, I just have a Knack for selling things I believe in) . I went back in to immediately buy another one for our Yosemite trip in January. I missed the sale date and yet Anyur was a great support and helped me buy a second bag. My wife and my son were now covered for the trip. I tried the bag out one more time and realized I needed one for myself. I called and got ahold of a lady with either a T or P name that was complicated. I cannot find out where I wrote her name down and the relationship with Marmot went all down hill from here. She was rude and did not listen and I could not hear her. It was a mess. When I called back in I was told I would have an answer on what they could do for discounts. This is a tough time of year as the chances of getting things by Christmas gets tight. I was told that I would have an answer by the end of the day. With Aynur I received a follow up email just after the call. With this new call nothing, no follow up or anything. I waited to the next day and spoke with miss nasty who I did not get her name. She was rude as hell and did nothing to help. When I asked for a supervisor she said I would get a call within 48 hours which is shit. I never got the call by the way. She did call me back to say the person had something come up. I explained how crappy her logic was and that there is no excuse. I could explain the logic here but I'm not sure anyone at your company is intelligent enough to understand this. You have a great product and crappy, crappy, crappy leaders in place. I could pick you 10 simple things you could change to make my experience 1000 times better. I fell in love with your product and now I hate you company and mostly your leader. Your CEO is an idiot and should be replaced immediately if you want to survive another season. After the last interaction with your shitty company I bought a Nemo Bag instead. I'm sure that the bag will not be as great as the Marmot bag but at least I don't have to deal with assholes and imbeciles. The sad part is if this even gets looked at is the same idiots will look at this for what it is not. In the end I was trying to buy one more bag and get a potential 30% off. I was going to buy the bag at full price if I could not get the discount but I was treated so crappy that I walked away. If I would have been treated better I would have walked away being a great proponent for your company. As this has gone so poorly I'm a passionate person and you will get the opposite. Unfortunately you will now see me appear (or and alias) explaining how your products should not be purchased and to avoid you completely. Once again your leadership is sinking a perfectly good ship. Your products are great but my experience shows that your organization is clueless. I'm about out of words but if you get this far think about what this is. I spent over an hour of my time writing this, that's a crazy amount of frustration that now turns into someone who will actively take customers away from you and this could have all be avoided.
