I was ordering some ski pants, I had previously ordered women's underwear and thought I would look for a good price offer. One was on sale for 15.99. Still a bit steep, price wise if you are ordering a lot. I put in my basket and the price changed to $22.00. I then tried to call customer service and every option lead me back to your AI phone system that could not answer my question. I then opted for an email. The return email said that Yes it is $22.00 as there is a $6 shipping fee, per pair?? So I wrote back that I would not be buying your product with a $6 shipping fee X 14 underwear garments. Then you customer service rep wrote me back that she would wave the $6 fee and provide free shipping. I then ordered 14 pair (for traveling).I was VERY unhappy with your phone system that would not let me talk to a human no mater how much I tried. And , to advertise something on your site at $15.99, but then have the price in the cart show up as $22 per item is unacceptable. That is false advertising. The price increase was 38%, with no notice or explanation. A price should be the price, with no blind increase. And then to be told that it is for shipping, when I qualified for free shipping based off my ski pant order of 3 pair. CRAZY bad.
