Good quality, price and fast delivery. Purchased the same spec computer for my wife and did not have the following issue. It took days and hours to roll back from Sonoma to Ventura. Started by migrating my data from my old MacBook Pro. This took approximately 8 hours for 300GB only to discover the OS was Sonoma and incompatible with my other Macs, which are all running/limited to Ventura. After hours of research and attempts, I erased the HD and rolled back to Catalina using internet Recovery. Upgraded to Ventura thru Big Sur. Tried to migrate from my old MacBook Pro: failed as the formats were incompatible, unable to use my Time Machine Backup. Started one again, erased the HD using compatible HD formats, rolled back to Catalina, upgraded to Ventura, and after 10 hours migrated my data from my old MacBook Pro. Its taken a week to get a usable laptop.

Overall I think your website is excellent. I order a lot from Amazon. I consider their site, product selection and sales policies the gold standard of websites. Your product selestion is focused on Apple and in that vane you have an excellent wesite. Nobody competes with Amazons sakes and return policies.

I wasn’t able to find the Thunderbolt, powered dock I wanted so went to a place I hadn’t been before, MacSales.com. They had a good selection and just the one I was looking for. Their site was easy to navigate, gave excellent descriptions, and had great illustrations of the products. Shipping and other checkout procedures were straightforward and easy to complete. The Thunderbolt 10 dock that I purchased came neatly and safely packaged and was complete and easy to unpack. It came with everything I needed to hook up to my laptop and get started. Although, as the name implies, the site is weighted more toward excellent Mac products, any time I am looking for products that can also be used with PC, I will be sure and look at MacSAles.com as a possible source.

Item was shipped with purolator then Canada post, but I received a dead tracking link to Canada post for a purolator shipping number, which I had to figure out by trying lots of different companies to see which actually worked.

I found what I was looking for pretty easily. However, the way the top drops down and covers the website was a bit irritating on a smaller screen. Maybe it's fine with a large monitor, but on my laptop, it was pretty large.

I was having issues with the checkout process using my iPhone 12 Pro’s Safari browser. I had to download and install Firefox to allow the checkout to process. Safari gave me a JavaScript error on your site when trying to load checkout.
