Dear Mac Customer Service,
I am writing to share some concerns regarding my recent shopping experience.
First, I applied the promotional code SUMMERGIFT, but was informed that my item did not meet the criteria. It would be very helpful if the promotion details were clearly stated, including which items are included and which are excluded, to avoid confusion.
Second, I have experienced order cancellations when choosing the “ship to store” option. If I am unable to pick up the order the same day, it is automatically cancelled. As many customers have work and scheduling obligations, I believe allowing at least two days for pickup would be more customer-friendly.
Lastly, I have noticed that the lipsticks seem to last for only about five uses before needing replacement. This raises concerns about product value.
I hope you will take this feedback into consideration. Please do NOT publicy share my comments. This is assist the brand in providing a better customer experience. I love MAC products however I am not happy about not getting it on sale. Do not publish my comments online
