I placed an online order with MAC like I always do, you know me. I spend thousands there every year! My order this time, though, they cancelled part of it, even though the items were still in stock. They didn’t even notify! I found when I checked the shipping status. They didn’t even refund my money!!! You won’t believe how many times I contacted customer service. I even wrote lengthy email that included all the dates and times I contacted customer services and the outcomes. I’ve been a MAC customer for over 20 years. I got a 2 sentence reply from my email. Now, I’m out $48 and no eyeliner. Definitely won’t be buying online anymore and I’m thinking about switching out of MAC. I love the store in Tigard Oregon, but I’m just not sure anymore. MAC has just gone downhill a lot over the last few years and it shows. Their customer service use to be so good, but now it’s horrible unless you go to the store in Oregon, otherwise don’t bother buying it. I don’t think I will be. It’s a shame, I loved MAC.
