CHECKOUT EXPERIENCE: I don’t understand the 14 item checkout limit, but if you’re going to have one, you need to offer the customer a way to select up to 14 items in their cart rather than making them “save for later”, then add them back in. In addition, there’s a long wait time for each cart change, which is extremely frustrating. When I move an item back to the cart, it should come out of the “save for later” list. Instead, I have to manually delete them. If I hadn’t wanted these specific products so much, I would have abandoned my cart.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: I understand that there’s product turnover, however, demo images often include products that are no longer available, which again, frustrates. I wasted time picking favorites then trying to find them. And speaking of demos, some products don’t have any. I’m accustomed to purchasing items online without having seen them in person, but only if I can see what they look like on a similar skin tone. I highly recommend adding demos for blushes and the remaining eyeshadows. On the plus side, I love that your demos present different skin types. You usually have three, but I’d love to see more examples in the mid-range, accounting for peach, olive, and yellow undertones.
PRODUCT QUALITY: Excellent — I’ve never been disappointed.
