The website was horrible to use. If I didn’t need a product that was sold out everywhere, I would’ve given up after the 3rd time of the site randomly refreshing, logging me out and loading so slow. It literally refreshed and logged me out every time I tried to look at other products, make adjustments to my basket, literally any little thing. I’m on safari on my iPhone, fully updated so there should be no issue. You need to get a tech and software/website analyst in ASAP to work out all the kinks. I’ve never been more frustrated using a website or online shopping, and I’m incredible tech savvy and can problem solve with ease. Please head what I say and get a team on this to fix the site, and if you already have a team on it, get another opinion because something is seriously wrong. I never write long reviews, nor do I take surveys, but I’m doing this after a long day of work because I’ve been trying to place my order for the last 3 days and had to give up or pause because I simply didn’t have time to deal with being kicked out every two seconds and losing everything in my cart. Again, I would’ve given up so fast if the product I wanted wasn’t sold out at every Ulta and department store in my area. PLEASE FIX THE WEBSITE
