Site Experience FeedbackJun 24, 2026
I have to say I always recommend this website to anyone who is looking to purchase any type of skincare product. What makes it very unique and special in my opinion is that (especially when comparing LovelySkin to other websites that sell skincare products) it gives WAY MORE INFORMATION about the product you are looking at. Specifically, my favorite feature is that when it lists the ingredients you can also go to the top right corner and have it explain what each ingredient actually is! Which is amazing! There are other sites that do not even list the products’ ingredients at all… or at least not all of them. And I haven’t seen any that explain what the ingredients do for your skin!! That’s just amazing! Also I love if you’re in a rush you can always click on that “Spec” or “Specs” link and it drops down to list the most important features about the skin or hair or makeup products you are currently looking at to see if it fits your “needs” or “concerns” or fulfills what you would want it to.
And besides the website being so amazing.. when I had an issue with my sensitive skin and I had to call to speak to someone, the person over the phone was super sweet and told me all about how she was in Nebraska where the company is located. And how it’s a family run business and it’s not a big place and they are good people there. And it blew my mind because how could a family run business all the way from Nebraska take over the skincare (and hair care and makeup etc) industry with an amazing website built like this and offer killer sales and products and go so above and beyond?!
I don’t have the answer. But I would love to know lol. Anyway… thanks for keeping me wrinkle free and moisturized and keeping some extra change in my pockets LovelySkin!! You’ll always be my fav!
Even though I would buy so much more but my skin is so reactive since I’ve been diagnosed with this autoimmune disorder called Chronic Idiopathic Urticaria (which gives me hives and I had sensitive skin to begin with..) if it wasn’t for your return policy.. now I can only buy stuff I know won’t irate my skin :( I can’t try anything new :( because I can’t return anything until September…
But before that I was spending definitely over 1,000$ a year maybe more. Oh well. This purchase would have been much more if you could change or make some wiggle room (say a legitimate Doctor’s note/letter explaining my condition and documentation of my hospitalization(s)…? Who knows. But I will still always be your loyal customer for my SkinCeutical retinol and eye cream and Epionce eye cream and tinted SPF and Obagi’s 15% Vitamin C :) plus my mom buys all her prescription hair loss products by ISDIN from you guys too! We love you!
