I guess the customer is not always right!

I placed 3 orders in a row as remembered things else that I needed after I placed each order. I contacted LS and asked if I could consolidate the orders, so they could all be skipped together--I did not feel good about them coming in 3 separate packages. When I placed the second order, I realized I had not been asked to pick an address for the first order. When I checked the email -- the order was addressed to "My Cellphone", XXXXXXXXXX with inadequate information for the delivery. I called the store, but they could not help me, so I used the texting option. The agent insinuated that I was abusing the free sample and free shipping perks. That was NOT the case--otherwise I would not have tried to consolidate the three orders--and all had free shipping anyway--I don't care at all about the free gifts--not the reason I buy from this site. I live somewhere where I cannot buy the items I purchased locally. So, not only did the agent insinuate that I was abusing the store's policy (I was sent a link to review it the policies), but they seemed convinced that the address issue was my fault. I asked them to go in my account and look at my pre-populated addresses--none of them had my name as "My Cellphone". While I cannot explain what happened--I did not enter "my cellphone" nor would I have entered the street address without any thing else as this is my work address and more information would be required for proper delivery. They were able to combine two of the orders but could not intercept the first one with the wrong address. Now, I am sure I will not receive the first order--$400 + dollars (in this order and +700.00 for the entire order) by the time I need the items as it is undeliverable. If real humans are placing these orders--I would assume they would know that "My Cellphone" is not a person's name. My experience today was not good, and I have wasted at least 2 hours contacting them and completing this survey. I guess the take home message is 1) do not forget items and try to place another order and then try to reduce the cost of shipping by reaching out the LS, and 2) always check the pre-populated address. PS I told them not to include the samples!
