Post-Delivery FeedbackJul 29, 2025
I ordered a margin calendar. It arrived several days later than the tracking indicated. It was packed in a box that was 4" shorter than the calendar so it was folded to fit in the box. The box was crushed. The postage for the margin calendar to receive it in terrible condition was nearly as much as the item itself. I routinely receive calendars in envelopes between two pieces of cardboard in excellent condition from other sources which do not require even half the rate of postage. I called customer service and was told I would have to send photographs and contact customer service via email to resolve. It has been two days and no response has been received other than an automated response. I have been ordering the margin calendar for years and really like it, other than the unnecessary two months on the right side which make the calendar too long so I cut them off. I would order from Levenger far more often if the shipping prices were not so ridiculously high, especially for the condition of the products received. Every time I order the products are damaged or other parts of peoples' orders are included and when I contact the company to let them know and offer to return they act like somehow I have created a problem rather than thanking me and offering to return the items I didn't order for free shipping so I no longer contact them. This is a simple but helpful product which is unavailable anywhere else, which is the only reason I continue to put up with the hassle, unacceptable shipping prices and quality, and likelihood that the product will either arrive in a ridiculously large box with a single sheet of paper as packing material, so it bounces around and damages the corners, or an equally ridiculously small box that damages the calendar by folding it.
