Ships with Easy-Flow refill

Quality of the products I received today is excellent (L-Tech Infinity Pen; L-Tech Infinity Capless Gel Pen). I bought these specifically because I already owned a similar Rotring pen/pencil that I use only for the 0.7mm pencil function and wanted pens with ability to take Parker-style refills. Minor issue for me, but potentially more important issue for others: the online ad and package refer to "capless gel pen" (which some buyers might equate with a refill similar to the Parker gel refills) but shipped with a Levenger black Easy-Flow refill, which is nowhere referred to as a gel ink refill. Personally, I generally prefer the Easy-Flow refills because they last longer than the Parker gel refills, but... the Parker gel refills write more smoothly on more types of paper, whereas I've found that the Easy-Flow refills seem to skip or write less consistently on some types of paper, for example, the Hammermill 24lb paper I'm currently using in my HP LaserJet P2055dn monochrome laser printer. I saw in the Levenger product reviews that at least one customer returned the product because of this discrepancy (misunderstanding?) about "capless gel" versus "Easy-Flow" terminology.
