Post-Delivery FeedbackSep 28, 2025
Levenger's products are wonderful. The world would be a sadder place without Levenger. But Levenger also shows contempt for its customers by shipping through FedEx. FedEx sends out delivery estimates that keep getting pushed off through the day. Living where I do, on a busy corner, I have to stay home till a package is delivered so it isn't stolen. With FedEx I sit waiting for a morning delivery in a definite time slot -- which then gets pushed till another time slot in the afternoon, and then another in the late afternoon, and no time slot but "Beofre the end of the day. The package finally arrives at 7:00 or 7:30 at night, every time. And while I'm fuming thorugh the day, the FedEx delivery map keeps timing out. It takes 20 minutes of trying again and again to get past the "Something went wrong -- Try again later"message (however it is worded) and see the map again. One time when I did get the map back on during this last delivery I saw the FedEx truck stop three blocks from my house and then drive to the other side of the neighborhood to park at Starbucks for an hour. My package, when I got it at dark, was dirty, scuffed, and crunched on every side -- althugh the box had enough wadded paper in it that my Levenger pads were fine. If they had been breakable they would indeed have been broken. To sum up, FedEx does not keep to delivery times, does not have a website that works decently, and does not take care of the packages the way the USPS, DHL, and UPS do. Please, Levenger, stop using FedEx. It's not just me. If you check around online you can see that FedEx is widely thought to have become abominable. I do not order from Levenger as often as I might because, or spend as much time looking at the catalogs or now the website, as I used to. I do not want to sink any more days than I have to in fooling around with FedEx.
