Very pleased with presentation of product, wrapped in tissue paper. But since this is a gift I am giving, I had to ruin the beautiful wrapping in order to examine the product before sending. Would be great to include the tissue paper and seal to be added by customer.
The journal was very nice, as much as I could see (trying to save the tissue wrapping. But I was very disappointed in the personalization: The embossing was so light that at first I thought it had been omitted. I called Customer Serviceand was advised that the embossing doesn’t have any color added. He did suggest I could send a picture to your customer service, maybe the embossing was done too lightly. I considered that, but decided against it as I had already expressed my disappointment in the finished product, which wouldn’t be ameliorated by whatever your customer service had to say. I was not interested in a future discount if it was agreed that the embossing was lacking, I wanted the journal to be right. The customer service rep on the phone was polite and professional, but I feel an opportunity to satisfy a customer was missed. Thank you.
