The wrong items were sent, although the packing slip in the box was correct. Contacted customer support via email and received a generic "we'll get back to you in 3 business days" response. Since the weekend was coming, that would make it at least 5 days for resolution. So I waited until the end of the day for a response, and when nothing received, called customer support. The rep was polite, but required that I send her a photo of the wrong items before she would agree to send the correct ones. She said she would send the info to shipping and request "preferred" 3-5 days shipping. I asked for overnight shipping since this was a Levenger mistake, and already well delayed. She replied that she would request overnight shipping, although that was not guaranteed.
Another day and a half has gone by, and I have received no indication that the correct items were even shipped. I am shocked that Levenger places such a low priority on customer support. It was an obvious mistake that should have been fixed right away. This is unfortunate because I like the quality of the products, but the service is so incredibly poor that I doubt I will ever want to go through this again, or recommend Levenger to anyone else.
