I received the card wallet I ordered in good time, but it was supposed to be monogrammed and wasn’t. I had trouble figuring out how to order personalization on the site. I’ve reordered with the personalization and plan to return. Item is beautiful and exactly as I ordered, except without the initials.

I’m angry!!!!!! You have a 16” long desk calendar that was sold out for 2026 year in November. It makes the very expensive stand I have for it useless. Your not to try ordering earlier is extremely poor customer service. I dare you to do better. You lost my confidence. What will you do to get it back?

Only complaint is during the holiday season boxes should not have Levenger logo. Once brought inside all can see where the package came from prior to the ability to hide it fir Christmas

My circa notebook has lasted for years, and thankfully Levenger still carries a variety of refill paper for it. I also got a couple of refills for their rollerball pens. They write smooth and don't smear.

I started the process of buying the item after reviewing your catalogue. I went to the website, found the item, added it to my cart and then could not get to checkout. The site didn’t provide that option. You were closed on Sunday, so I couldn’t call. I called the next day and was able to place the order. The woman was most helpful and apologized for the website issue and promised to alert your tech people. So she was top rated, but the website issue pulls the overall rating down.

I first started using discbound notebooks five or six years ago and started with supplies from Levenger. All my original notebook covers and accessories are still going strong. Was window shopping on the site recently and decided it was time to try the Midway size. I order some clear covers, accessories, and a weekly planner. The planner arrived slightly damaged - a corner of the back cover was chipped. (Made me realize I didn't know the covers could break like that! My old covers have some scuffs but are still structurally sound.) Honestly, I didn't worry for a moment. Levenger has a stellar reputation for quality, which extends to their customer service. I contacted the customer service email to explain the situation, and, after a polite email written by a real human being, I have a replacement planner on the way! I love the Midway size and the Secret Garden Planner is so cute! A fantastic experience as always. Thank y'all so much! Ps I also very much appreciate not being bombarded by "AI" nonsense when visiting the Levenger site, nor having to wrestle with a chatbot before being able to access customer service. Such slop would cheapen Levenger - good on y'all for staying classy and Real.

I heard about Levenger through my dad, so I wanted to purchase a new pen for his birthday. I really like the design and ease of use the site has. Only disappointment is that there’s no ability to cancel or switch pen colors after ordering. I bought the black Engineer pen but had some second thoughts about getting the champagne one instead. But it wasn’t enough of a desire to go through the hassle and extra cost of a return.

i have been buying from Levenger since the ‘&80’s and only when i lived near a Sam Flax or a Dick Blick did i buy another pen or trust a refill. Levenger pens, purses, paper, folders, furniture and more are the best!

I'm very disappointed in the purchase, but also that I have not received any reply from Levenger. The product was a huge disappointment, not at all what was pictured. I went ahead and did an exchange, and the new one should be coming. But the indifference is annoying, as is the reality that I had to pay shipping for the return when the reason for the return is an inferior product.

I ordered a mechanical pencil and around the time I was expecting delivery I received a message saying that there was a delay in delivery. A few days later I received a message stating that the item I ordered had been discontinued and was no longer available. I also ordered pencil leads for the pencil, which are no longer needed, prompting a call to customer service. She was very helpful and said someone would be in touch regarding the return process.

I have bought many purchases from Levenger over many years and i especially love their various pens. I just added to my collection going way back. I have recommened pefect strangers to Levenger over the years and shown them my own pieces in my purse.
