I purchased a pen and a leather portfolio on December 16th as a gift for a colleague. The leather portfolio was delivered on Wednesday, December 23rd. Subsequently, I received an email notification that the delivery of the pen was being delayed. No information was provided detailing the estimated delivery time of the pen. The pen was not on back order. This scenario has happened repeatedly with Levenger. They partially ship an order and then leave you hanging for when the rest of the order will arrive. When an order is placed for multiple items to be shipped to the same address and it is clearly identified as a gift, they should ship everything together. I am a professional, and I purchase these gifts for other professionals because of the variety and quality of Levenger's products. However, I will never be ordering from them again because shipment and delivery is always a problem for them. I am sure that there are other companies out there that sell similar products. I will be looking for them for future purchases. I am officially a dissatisfied customer of Levenger.
