I recently placed an order with Levenger after seeing a coworker with one of their planners. They mentioned how they have used them for years and their products were highly dependable and customizable. I placed my order in high hopes that were crushed by lack of customer support.I placed my order using Apple Pay unknowingly that an old address was linked. Once I realized it, which was near shortly after purchase, I contacted customer service to inform. The representative stated they would contact the warehouse to request a change in address and call me back. I never received that call.I followed up with another call and was told there was nothing that can be done. I informed that the shipping address was wrong and that I would not be able to receive the product. I was informed although the product is sitting at the warehouse waiting for shipment, it would have to mailed, delivered to the wrong address, returned to sender, AND THEN sent to the right address. This did not make sense logically or logistically to me at all. Why go through all that trouble instead of correcting the shipment prior to leaving the warehouse? I called three separate times and requested to speak to a supervisor, of whom was busy in meetings, and no one was able to make this simple correction. I was so frustrated with my experience and requested my order be cancelled and refunded. But in order to be refunded the product has to be have to mailed, delivered to the wrong address, returned to sender, AND THEN refunded.I am highly disappointed as I was really looking forward to this purchase and receiving a durable and luxurious planner I would keep for years.
