Levenger allowed me to place an order for an item that was not in stock. After they accepted my money, the informed me that it was on backorder. I requested to cancel the order, and they did not reply until they had "already shipped" the order. But for days, when I checked, the order just said that a label had been created; they hadn't actually shipped anything. This was several weeks ago at this point, and the order is, as far as I can tell, still sitting in a warehouse somewhere. It honestly feels to me as if they took my money for an item they didn't have, are refusing to refund it, and just waiting until they can fill my order and keeping me in limbo. I would much prefer a refund -- since they sold me something they don't actually have -- so that I can buy a similar product elsewhere. This is extremely poor customer service and I will definitely be recommending that people stay away from Levenger.
