I loved the lanterns and am eager to you them as part of a prayer service. However, I found it quite challenging to assemble them. There were no instructions provided and the wires were difficult to bend and insert in the holes.

Disappointed - your policy of replying to a chat within a few hours is a waste of my time as you do not address the question asked. Your site will not allow me to order more than one item at a time which means I need to pay shipping each time. You site decided to drop the shipping protection and would not allow me to add it in without a chat. You site randomly charged $107 plus change in shipping costs for 135 wine glasses. Again during a chat, I asked why so high - what shipping means were you using and the chat did not address the question - you only offered the KASALE discount. Everytime I emptied my cart to start over - the old cart appeared. I am exhausted in trying to place this order of wine glasses. I have no idea what good the $20 shipping protection does for me as I have ordered a personalized wine glass and you clearly state you cannot replace due to breakage. A chat never explained. I used this company years ago when my daughter married and was very happy with the product. I will order table numbers thru you and will have to pay a separate shipping cost as you would not allow me to include them with my wine order or may wine gift box order with I had to place twice due to your website not allowing me to order as many as I needed. I thought you were out of stock as you would not allow me to increase the quantity however after I receive the initial order, I decided to try again - and again I had no issue ordering the other part of my initial order. I am getting tired of paying shipping. The place cards that I am ordering will be the 4th order which should have happened all in one order. I am tired of trying to get the CHAT to address my questions - it seems only one or zero questions are addressed. Very disappointing !! To date, I have been very satisfied with your products - I am praying that holds true for the 120 personalized wine glasses I have ordered. Please do not let me down. I would hope you would address your customer service. I have since abandoned my initial inquiry by changing computers and using another family computer as I cannot delete my original order completely..... it keeps coming back ! Thank you for listening. I do hope you improve your site/customer service as you do have some beautiful items - I just don't know if i have the patience to order more - one at a time - as I can't seem to put more than one item in my cart at a time - shipping is killing me. Thank you

I ordered 200 glasses for my son's wedding. I received 192 and 4 of the glasses sent were broken because of the way they were backed . I asked for them to complete the order and replace the glass ( if I do not have 200 glasses I can not use them - how can I not give some wedding guests a personilized glass. But Kate Aspen Customer service does not what to do that they want to give me a particial refund. I am not even sore what that means - they can either give the the balance or credit me for this order. This was not a small order and I am very disappointed. A friend recomended this vendor so I am very surprised. Hope that explains it. I am still hoping this can be fixed to my satisfaction is getting what I ordered a big ask? if they do I will retract my negative remarks. The oreder was sent very quickly maybe they should take the time to quality check before they ship

I realized I had somehow missed the place that I could have order shipped to my daughter’s address in TN, since I was going to be out of town for a few weeks. Also, we’re giving the baby shower in TN for our relative. I emailed my request and got no response and I called and got a recording that no one was available to take the call. I resolved that I’d have to get my neighbor to watch for the package for me. Unexpectedly the package arrived before I left to go out of town. I was happy with the result, but I was not able to reach customer service and received no response to my email. Thank you.
