I was on the phone for an hour and got down to the next person in line and was disconnected. Called back to find out the store just closed. After waiting an hour, I thought that was pretty bad.

I was directed to the site by the manufacturer who was very helpful. When I went to the website it was easy to find, available and exactly the product I was told I needed. I then called to ask a further question which was answered by a polite, helpful rep. All in all, a good experience thus far.
