Ordering was very easy. My only concern when ordering was the designation of the toner cartridge TN830/XL on the your site verses TN830/XL/V noted on the printer. The order arrived three days early and that was super!. However, when I replaced the cartridge nothing would print. The issue, at first, was with the communication between the PC and the printer - spent a couple of hours trouble shooting stuff I knew nothing about - network stuff like 192.168.1.1 (Greek to me) but I finally got the printer to accept the connection. But then I kept getting a "No Toner" error. I did a full factory reset, cleaned the chip on the cartridge and still no luck. I went to your trouble shooting list and the trick was the full five minutes no power! I had tried it on my own - two or three minutes - to no avail. This was really frustrating and because of the different labels I had the gut feeling that the cartridge and not the printer was the problem. I almost went to Best Buy to spend $100+ on a single cartridge but was too busy with family. Part of my frustration was my fault as I should have gone to your web page to start with instead of fussing with it on my own. BTW - your list of 'Primary Topics' should include 'Trouble Shooting'
