I have used the site before; however, every time I go to use my Horizon Hobby Imprint points, they are nowhere to be found, and I have no idea why. I have to pay double for the item that I am getting because I have points, and I can't use them. Not sure if this is a damn scam. The Hobby business has really gotten to a really sad state from the 70s, 80s, and 90s. Prices are sky high, and there is no Quality Assurance, or it seems to be because the quality of the products has really dropped and just aren't worth the money for what they are asking for the products. The management and people have ruined a great thing, and should look around, and the customer should always come first, along with quality products rolling out of the door with quality in mind. I have a great relationship with my local shop, and we have a lot of conversations about this subject I am writing about, which is usually the topic, and when I ask him, he just shrugs his shoulders and says his hands are tied. The sad part is that it is true he can only do so much. I am going through a warranty issue with Red Cat on a quality issue, which has turned into a freaking nightmare I spen over 950.00 in December, and I am getting the run around from some kids who are running that place. I have spent my last dime with that place; all they produce is garbage, and I will be doing a podcast/Facebook bashing on Red Cat and how they treat customers after the sale. Red Cat is pure garbage, and their customer support is the same way just my opinion) and people will watch, listen and read when it comes to spending money. Well enough I hope this grabs someone. I just wanted to use my points, but I could not, and I feel like my money was taken and my points hidden. Thats ok, we live in the social media world today, and words travel.
