After submitting my order, I received an email saying my credit card was invalid. I had paid with a Master Card debit gift card that has 10 times the amount loaded on it but Horizon Hobby wouldn't accept. So I called the number on the email and, because I am not a top tier member, I couldn't speak to anyone and had to chat online as one of the peasants. All I wanted to do is give them a new credit card number. After bantering with the virtual chat assistant I finally got to a "real chat person" named Michael. He then told me I couldn't give him a new number over chat and I'd have to cancel the order and reorder. And that is what I did, except when I reordered, I found out that the horizon points I had used to help pay originally were gone from my account; they had not been repopulated after I had to cancel the order. So now I have to pay full price for the battery I ordered. The Horizon points were paying for about half the total amount. So this whole process has taken about 45 minutes to reorder the battery under a new regular credit card number and having to pay twice as much as my original order. I'm detecting a scam/fraud here. So I think it's obvious I will be going somewhere else to get my supplies in the future and recommend others do the same. Former fan of Horizon Hobby. They're billing system and customer service policy is terrible. Even the chat guy, Michael, didn't apologize; he just terminated the chat just like my future business with Horizon Hobby. Buyer beware!!!
