I am very upset with the decision to end the elite program... I have lost faith in horizon hobby and would of paid double the membership fee or more. The service I received from the tech support people ,especially Joe and Mike was more than I thought possible. At the end of my next year when I loose phone in tech support will be intolerable. I do not like to communicate through email, it is too difficult for me. I spend alot of money with Horizon each year but reaching 2500 rolling total will be very hard for me to acheive. Not getting points for your purchase is also very dissapointing. I understand what is going on for businesses today ,rising cost on everything,which you have to pass on to the customer, but to take away the elite program which you pay for again is horrible. Look at my account and how much I have purchased from you over the years , but not enough to pay for my elite membership. Things are costing more and I am getting less. Please bring back the Elite Program........ I feel I have purchased enough product over the years to maintain my paid for Elite Membership. Please let management read this and I would like a response , I deserve a response,ralphm5 By the way I just spent 330 today, Thank you
