Horizon seems to have all this focus on their website in your interaction with their website instead of focusing on a larger problem, their products which went from top of the line to below average. After being an elite member with elite tech support I have found Horizon Hobby wanting of any seriousness toward that program, so I don’t put much faith in the new one. I’m an airplane hobbiest and my elite support tech who I couldn’t change was a car guy and knew nothing about programming an air radio so if I wanted help I had to play phone tag with somebody who did and that was ridiculous. And was worse as my support tech. Michael did nothing but lie. I caught him in all kinds of lies which is unacceptable and probably one of the reasons why the product has gone down nobody cares. Let’s just go to work collect our pay and go home and do as little as possible, who cares? I reported multiple problems starting in October 2024 repeat problems on different airplanes but from different places, and what’s worse is the problem that I found in October 2024 and that I continued to remind Michael, my elite sports support technician that needed to be taken care of, and he assured me That you know he took every step that he could, but I don’t think he did anything personally because in February out of a new shipment because you ran completely out of the Utrix 600mm they did not replace one of them until I believe February maybe 1 March area and I could not believe that it broke exactly the same place as the one they replaced that I told Michael over and over with the problem was what’s causing it and how to fix it, but he did nothing so here we are a brand new shipment with the same problem somebody will crash. You’ll talk to those back. God will send you a control board because it’s cheaper and because they only have one they don’t know that that plane is won’t do the stunts that it would have had not broken the nose off because the tech doesn’t tell them because if they did, they would want a new airplane which would be the right thing to do but that cost you money so oh no, we can’t do that. Let’s just patch it they won’t know who buys more than one of them they’ll never know and that’s just terrible. So they can have all the surveys they want, but until they start asking the hard questions nothing‘s gonna change always about the website and check out where they make money. They don’t have anything about product quality sustainability. Nothing because they don’t wanna fix that part of it that will cost them. Website is cheap. There’s no re-tool, there’s just somebody behind programming what they want easy Peezy chair and he can do the same rte programming
