Some items I wanted to purchase were out of stock and not due to arrive for a couple months. I had issues using my credit card for online orders and had to use PayPal. When using PayPal you are not able to order out of stock items and will have to keep checking back to see when the item is in stock so you can order. I selected the lowest upgraded shipping, FedEx 3-5 day. My order did not even ship for 3 days so I contacted customer service via chat (which is the only way I found to be able to contact a live person, no phone number for customer service which would be my preferred method). Not sure if contacting them got my order shipped sooner but I did ask to remove the extra shipping charge because it was taking so long to ship. The shipping charge was removed. Customer service rep was very helpful once I was able to chat with them. My only complaints would be that some products are out of stock, having to use PayPal instead of just ordering on my credit card and items should ship more quickly after placing your order.
