Website delays during each stage completion bar. Makes you doubtful and must press 2X. I am ordering the same product again because after your company sent an email stating my payment did not complete, it provided a phone number to call and update. I called and the number will not work unless I am a “top flight” member. Yet, as the email clearly states, I cannot send updated info over chat or email. However X back to website I have no option to change credit card info. I cannot wait until a human decides to call me back days later because Christmas is coming and I don’t trust Horizon given this runaround. So I canceled order (this SEEMED possible but cannot be confirmed for 24 to 47 hours, I understand). I have re-ordered and want to be clear that THIS REVISED ORDER WITH REVISED PAY ACCOUNT DOES NOT CANCEL AS WELL. Having gone through this, ai recall a similar experience before and dread doing business again with Horizon. I’m just hoping for the best.
