First I signed up for your new customer email with a discount. When I went to apply the new customer discount it said it was expired (5 minutes after getting email). I chatted with someone (or a bot unsure) and they confirmed that my items didn't get included in new customer discount. Most retailers allow discounts AT LEAST on less expensive things unless already on sale (one of my items is tape). Okay well that is super lame, but fine. THEN my order is over 100 dollars and YOU ARE CHARGING ME FOR SHIPPING!?!?! On what planet does someone get charged for shipping when your order is over a hundred dollars? I am not sure I have seen that since before Amazon was a thing. THE ONLY REASON I kept going with this purchase is my husband is super picky and sent me the link to these items specifically. I will let him know never again and since he always makes me do his online purchases, you have lost a customer. I could add other info about your user interface and how I'm not sure who is UATing it but they have never used the internet, but I have spent enough time on this company.
