I noticed something strange with my FedEx tracking, so I called FedEx. FedEx let me know there is a problem with my shipment and they needed the seller's FedEx account number to find the package to get it to me. I called Healing Hands to let them know, so they would call FedEx to give them the info regarding my package. Customer service said, "no" and that I had to call FedEx. I said, I did and the instructions they gave me was to call the seller and get them to contact FedEx with the above information. HH Customer Service said, "no." I asked to be passed to a manager to try and get this resolved. Customer service said, "no." Complete waste of my time and the nerve to ask me to be a messenger between HH and FedEx. Customer service working AGAINST me rather than FOR me. If she spent as much time trying to help as opposed to saying, "no," the problem would have been solved. Despicable.
