I never received my order, which was really disappointing because I needed these scrubs for my first day at my new job and was so excited to try them. When they didn’t arrive, I was understanding — I know things happen — so I went to Scrub Depot instead and decided to give this company a chance to make things right.
Unfortunately, when I spoke with customer service, the representative was very rude and insisted that I did receive my order, then told me to contact FedEx myself. That didn’t make sense, but I still called FedEx, and they confirmed that the merchant needs to file the claim. When I called customer service again, they told me to wait for an email, which I still haven’t received.
I was patient and understanding up until that point, but how a company handles mistakes says a lot about them. I really wanted to love these scrubs after hearing so many good things, but this experience was so disappointing.
