My return code was never sent to the three emails I repeatedly provided. I had to take a screenshot of the "review your return". The QR code had zero information on it, according to the shipping places I went to try to return it. I went two different days to five separate locations and all of them said nothing came up when the code was scanned. I did the live chat, that wasn't helpful bc they told me to do the very same thing I had already done several times. I emailed them, that wasn't helpful because, again, they kept telling me to use the code and have the ppl shipping the return scan it, even though I repeatedly told them there was zero information on the QR code I had. I even called them. This was also not helpful because they kept saying my code was already generated and to use the code at any of the shipping locations and my return would be complete. I had done this... way too many times and it was almost as if they didn't believe me that my code wasn't working. I return stuff to Amazon on a weekly basis, I know how it all works. I also never received the emails that I kept trying to send to myself of the return code. Super frustrating. I will never ever purchase from the company directly, ever again. I might order from Amazon or at a local shop near me. I spent $24 on shipping to get it back in time so that I could receive my $145 return. This was after I had already done a second purchase of $185 with my correct size.. and that order still hasn't even shipped. Definitely not happy with this company, at all. Fix your return method.
