I am absolutely impressed with the products so far!!! This seems to be more of a natural brand of skincare which i love & the effectiveness/smell of the products are lovely!! I have already recommend some products from one of the lines for a rosacea client I have, they were impressed with the ingredients & how those ingredients can help!! as well as shipping was very fast, I will be repurchasing from you guys in the near future!!

i love the themed products like "i am whole" "i am competent" etc and the packaging and site is very nice along with the information about the founder. nothing really bad, but maybe you could incentivize reviews so you have more customer feedback on ur products.

The products are very refreshing, unlike many of the acid based products on the market. I these products work as well as again they are very refreshing and calming.

I love everything I received. I got hooked using the serum at Spa at Sec-He in Palm Springs which precipitated my order. It's a little pricey so I'd order more on sale or with a coupon code but I hope to at least replace the serum when I run out. I usually purchase 100% of my skin care products from Body Deli because I care about what I put on my skin!

I love using haia products, they are excellent and make my face feel great! The only downside is that you can't always get all the product out of the containers using their pumps. I unscrew the lid and then get what I can. The glass containers are nice. Ordering is easy, delivery is fast and there is a reward system which you can use to save on future purchases.

I was searching Google a few weeks ago for any kind of new age fighting/repairing skincare samples, and happened upon this company. I saw that for around a $7-8 shipping charge, Haia would send me a few of their natural skin are products that could possibly address some of the skin concerns I have. I ordered their sampling kit and if there were an option between 1 and 1,000 on satisfaction of these samples, I would give a million as a score, NO JOKE!!! I turned 45 in November last year. Over the years, especially in my teens and 20's, I did not take the greatest care of my skin, especially on my face and neck/chest, so, as age does it's lovely thing..lol, I have many fine lines and wrinkles, and a few small sun spots. The first routine I tried from Haia was the teal colored packets, that, I think we're cleanser with exfoliant, then syrum, then that undescribable eye cream!!!! I nearly cried within ten minutes of looking in the mirror!! I swear, my skin was glowing, supple, color perfect, and I looked over ten years younger! Haia skincare is a miracle!! I have been telling everyone, including posting about your company on my social media accounts! I've taken before and after pictures, and people are amazed! I mean, I don't even feel the need to use filters for selfies anymore! The absolute ONLY downside to the amazing products, for me, is the expense...I completely understand that to create impressive, quality skincare, it takes time, money, and effort, but, with my low income, I am sad that I won't be able to order any products until finances in our household change. That's the ONLY con in my experience with Haia skincare. Haia has truly created a time machine here with their skincare products! Thank you for sending me these fantastic products to sample! Best skincare products I've EVER USED, HANDS DOWN!

I came across a new skin care company and they are really into balance and other aspects of health and wellness designed to be implemented with skincare. Although I love what they have sent and they really seem to care about each of the customers needs they were out of the things I really wanted to try so I don't know if I will be able to see if it truly works for me to be able to try enough to buy.

Got sample packets. Items were supposed to be selected by skin type ... I received many small sample packets but only 3 were for my skin type per their questionnaire. Tiny amount in each packet so not really able to tell if ingredients really work. Disappointed. These may have been free but with shipping and purchasing the so called product protection packaging, it turned out to expensive for samples.
