Don’t Mix from the site and Box stores

I love Haggar suits. I got a dark blue suit coat and pants from Target and wanted a vest to go with it. I also purchased a “Natural”-colored suit coat, vest and pants. I contacted customer support to specifically ask if my H26 suit from Target would be the same color blue as the vest sold in the Haggar wedding shop and I was assured that it was… when I received my vest, it is not the same shade of blue. It is a lighter blue than my H26 from Target. So I’m still contemplating returning the vest. One thing I did like and appreciate is I signed up online and received a 15% off code. When I tried using it through the wedding shop it didn’t work. I again contacted customer support and she explained that the wedding shop and the regular shop were different, but she refunded me 15% of my order after I placed it as a one-time convenience. Again, I love the look and feel of the suits. My only gripe was wanting the vest to match my suit and being assured it would… but it doesn’t exactly.

I was having a hard time finding a suit at a brick and mortar store. I ordered a suit for my husband online and it fit perfect thank you.

I was very satisfied with my purchase of a Haggar suit - I wear it frequently. So, I came back to Haggar for a tuxedo.

I love Haggar! I love the fact that I can order the exact sizes and do not have to get the items altered. The prices are fantastic too. All of my suits for the last 30 years have been from Haggar.

I tried on the Kenneth Cole and Haggar Suit Jackets. It really liked them both. Haggard offers a 46S which fit better. Kenneth Cole 46R had sleeves just a little too long. Haggar brand became the clear winner of my business at that point.

Shopping process was a disjointed. I wanted to buy all of parts of a black tuxedo. I would have expected it to be sequential (pants, jacket, shirt) or have recommended "you should also consider. I looked for (and found) a "people also purchased" section but it didn't populate with anything. Instead I had to go to the menu every time and navigate to the matching item. Almost missed the whole vest thing. Just expected the process to help me along... rather than treat each part of the tuxedo like a separate unrelated one-off. :) Not trying to be a weenie... Just trying to provide specific/actionable feedback to help improve the experience :)
