The online instructions are quite poor. I used the 15%-off for discount which required my mobile phone. I do not have a mobile phone. I had to go to duck-duck-go to find your phone number. It is not available on your website. I spoke to someone there who told me to put in my regular phone no. and carry on. Even though the instructions said I was to respond to a text message, they came in an email instead, no response required.
I was able to proceed with my order and the discount until my phone number was rejected without explanation. I called again and was told simply to remove the dashes. That worked and my order went through.
The customer service representatives were very good, wanted to help, and did. But the whole experience was a miserable time-wasting exercise. Had it not been for the phone calls (and my persistence in finding your number) I probably would have sworn off Haggar forevermore. Someone in your company is giving a bad online name, suggesting incompetence, to your otherwise good company and product.
