We like the Smart Wash wrinkle free shirt material. I ordered Classic fit and 1 shirt was a slim fit. The material felt nice, but was very wrinkly after washing. I ironed the shirt for quite a while, but could not get the wrinkles to come out fully. It's difficult to return items that we don't like. The other shirt was fine.

I ordered the same jeans in the same size as I previously ordered. This time I received low rise jeans which I find very uncomfortable. The second pair I ordered is a smaller size that I purchased in anticipation of continuing to loose weight In the last year I have gone from size 50 to 44. The 44-29 classic fit i previously purchased are starting to be loose at the waist and the length was fine. The new 44-29 classic fit is tight and low rise and don't come up to my waist. Therefore they are too long

I ordered these pants in the next larger size for my husband as the pants he was wearing were too tight. He will only wear haggar slacks. I do have to hem them since the 29 inch is still too long but that is the only problem with them. The quality and looks are still there and has not changed over the years

The hidden stretch elastic at the waistband is fantastic.....However, the buttonholes for both pants were FAR TOO SMALL for the button to go thru. It was a hassle to fix that!

I had trouble making sure the shorts I saw on your website were the same ones I bought from you 7 months ago. I provided the number from tag, and was directed to the right item, where I purchased three pair. I wanted shorts 21 inches from waist to hem, and was thown off by the product having "18" in the description, thinking that had to do with the length.

Many styles, many options

Having purchased Haggar pants in the past which I really liked (Life Khaki), I wanted to get another pair of a different color. I went online and ordered a pair. When I received them, I thought they were different material than what I already had. I have ordered premium dress pant and Life Khaki before (liking both for different reason), and this new pant was something in between the two. But instead of looking into it, I just decided to go with them. My wife washed them, because I do not like wearing clothing "off the shelf" without doing that first. When they came out, she said how wrinkled they are and would have to be ironed. I knew the ones I already had were not needing to be ironed, so I looked more closely at the two different Life Khaki products I now have to understand the difference. While the waistbands in both are identical with the Life Khaki moniker, the prominent white label within the pants are different - the one I just got are viscose/nylon and the ones I already have (and like) are cotton/polyester. And low and behold, there is a small (3/8" x 1 3/4") brown tag near the white label - the one I just got is described as Flex Pant and the ones I like are Comfort Chino. Now that I know and understand the difference, I will probably go back online and see if I can find a navy blue Comfort Chino in my size. I did not contact customer service about this or choose to return the Flex Pant, as I had made the mistake myself in ordering the wrong thing in the first place and did not realize it before washing the pant. I can still use the Flex Pant to work around the house if they don't work out for everyday wear. Lessons learned - be more specific when ordering a particular style (and understanding the various options available within that style), and do not wash anything until absolutely sure you have what you want - if not, figure out why it might be different to figure out how to get what you really want. .

Shipping was slow but that was a FedEx issue. I have purchased regular fit pants in the past and they are a little baggy so I decided to get the same size but in Straight fit. They are almost to small to wear. I would be happier if the was a middle ground.

On the day of my order I called customer support to notify them that I had ordered the wrong size and asked to change the size ordered from 40 to 42 waist size. The response was they were unable to change the size and that I would have to return the order for credit and reorder the desired sizing. The original order was received a day late with no instructions on how or where to return the order.

As someone who dresses professionally for work, the Haggar dress pants are the best that I have found. They are comfortable, look nice, no ironing! It is easy to pull up the website and in minutes they are on their way to my house. They were very easy to track where they were each day.

My item was quality made. I had a problem with an incorrect address which Haggar could not resolve. I had to have FedEx take care of the problem. When I placed my order and I went to type my address another address popped with the same numbers but similar only not the same street. It would not let me type my address.
