Ordering and shipping process was very straightforward and easy. The installation of the seat was a bit more frustrating than I would have preferred getting the seat tightened down. Also, adjusting the recline angle once the seat is installed is challenging as the handle to adjust is right against the seat and hard to reach. I really dislike that the button to loosen the harness straps is under the fabric, and you have to stick your finger in the hole to depress it. It might be that you can do it above the fabric, but I haven't found a way to consistently do it that way as when the baby is in the seat the fabric may be too tight to fully depress the button. The fastener clip for the straps is also kind of annoying to release and it can be hard to get that unclipped without deliberate focus, which I guess may actually be a good thing, I'm not sure yet. The straps and the strap pads feel kind of low quality, but I don't have any concerns with the safety of them. Additionally, the positioning of the buckle strap that goes between the child's legs seems a bit too far back and could use some padding as I think it may be a bit too tight on my daughter's crotch area. Overall, it doesn't seem that my daughter really likes the car seat, but she may still be adjusting to it as it is not the car seat she rides in most frequeny. I think for the value and the safety rating this seat is an ok choice, and I appreciate the convertible nature that will support up to 100 lbs, so if she can get adjusted to it, we will keep it.
